Can I return my order?
Yes, you may. If you return the item within 30 days of receipt, the amount will be refunded to your account. The article must meet a few conditions:
✓ The item is in its original packaging.
✓ All labels are still attached to the item.
✓ The item is undamaged, unused and unwashed.
Provide reasonable packaging around the products so that they arrive at Vespo Home undamaged. It is best to use the packaging in which your item was delivered for this purpose.
How do I return my item?
You can return your item free of charge within 30 days of receiving it. Before you can return, you must first register your return, which you can do via this link.
Then take the parcel to a service point.
There is no return sticker in the box?
No, there isn’t. To return, you must request a return sticker in advance via this link. To save paper, you can request a return sticker yourself and even show it digitally from your phone to the service point employee. Do you still prefer to put a return sticker on the box? Do I also pay shipping costs for returns?
No, you do not pay shipping costs for returns. Not even with a sale item.
Will I also get a refund on sale items?
Yes, you will also get a refund on sale items.
How long does it take to get a refund?
It takes up to 14 days to receive your refund. You will be refunded automatically to the account you paid with.
Have you opted for post-payment? Then you only pay for the items you keep.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. Would you like a different item? Then you can place a new order.
Can I return an item because of the right of withdrawal?
Yes, you can. We have 30 days in which you have the right to return the order without giving a reason.
